A great love for food and an appreciation for health is ultimately how I became a doctor, specifically, a naturopathic doctor. The concept of eating your way healthy revolutionized my post-college world, and it has been five years of dietary changes, lifestyle modifications, trial and error, a good many compromises and finally a working plan of the 80/20 rule.
